2. Installation
2.1 Requirements
- KeePassXC v2.1.1 or higher
OR
- KeePass v2.17 or higher
- KeePassHttp v1.0.7 or higher (recommended v1.4 or higher)
It is recommended to disable the built-in Chrome password management when using this extension.
2.2 Installation
- Unlock your KeePass database.
- Install from the Chrome Web Store.
- New browser icon appears:
- Click icon and connect to KeePassHttp:
- Name the pairing request in KeePassHttp (e.g. “Chrome on my main computer”).
- Re-open popup to verify normal state:
- Reload current page.
- Open settings and adjust.
