0.1.0-beta.1 — 2026-10-29
Added
- Watch TCP listeners on one or more Linux SSH hosts in a terminal UI, grouped by host, with process, owner, command, bind address, scope, and how long each listener has been seen.
- Forward listeners to 127.0.0.1 over each host's own SSH control connection. A busy local port falls back to a free one, and the LOCAL column shows the real mapping.
- Decide what gets forwarded with ordered rules that match host, process, user, ports, command, and scope, and forward, block, or notify. Save one-key allow and block rules, edit rules with a live preview of the rows they match, reorder them, and undo the last change.
- Filter rows with a query language, keep filter history, and save filters as numbered views.
- Manage hosts from the Hosts tab: pick from the SSH config, autoconnect, optional passwordless sudo process lookup, and per-host poll interval.
- Answer SSH password, passphrase, and host key prompts in the normal terminal, at startup or on demand, then return to the TUI.
- Keep the last snapshot of each host so disconnected hosts show stale rows right after startup.
- Optional health check, desktop notifications through notify-send, terminal bell, OSC 52 copy, and opening forwarded ports in the browser.
- Command palette, help, event log, detail view, and an About tab with the ember and corridor themes and a dashed beam style.
- Line-based text mode for a single host with ports watch HOST.
- Debian and Ubuntu amd64 package with a terminal launcher and icon, plus a portable Linux archive.
Known limitations
- This is a beta. Config and rule formats may still change before 1.0.
- Linux x86_64 with glibc only. Remote hosts must be Linux with sh, ss, awk, sort, and sleep.
- Discovery covers TCP listeners in each SSH server's current network namespace. UDP, other container namespaces, and cloud firewall rules are not covered.
- Settings from earlier private builds, such as policy.json and bin/ports.json, are not imported.
