ports
Overview
ports is a terminal app for discovering TCP listeners on one or more Linux hosts over SSH and forwarding selected services to local 127.0.0.1. Its interface brings host status, remote process details, and forwarding controls into one view.
Highlights
- Monitor several SSH hosts at once, with cached listener snapshots when a host disconnects
- Forward ports manually or use ordered rules to forward, block, or notify automatically
- Filter listeners by host, process, port, state, and more, then save frequently used views
- Inspect remote binds, process details, local mappings, and recent events for each port
- Use a keyboard command palette, responsive terminal layout, or line-based watch mode
The Linux release is available as an amd64 Debian/Ubuntu package and a portable x86_64 archive.
